LU00503 - W&S external cladding and glazing works

This is a major building project forming part of the West Park Campus development that shall refurbish and upgrade two linked 1960s buildings that provide an academic environment for science & engineering learning and research. The buildings were originally constructed in two phases using a pre-cast concrete frame. They have multiple levels stepping up an inclined site. The combined area of the two buildings is 20,000sqm. Within this are a mixture of highly serviced laboratories, specialist research facilities, workshops, teaching & study areas, breakout spaces, offices and administration facilities.
