Luminate Education Group - EDI Training Course Development and Delivery

Luminate Education Group are seeking a provider to design and deliver an EDI training course comprising both taught sessions and an online module. The course is intended to be delivered to internal staff initially through a train the trainer method. It must be engaging and thought provoking, help to develop an awareness and understanding of unconscious bias and focus clearly on the local area in which we are situated, the demographic of our student body and the unique challenges this may present our teachers, tutors, support staff and other employees.
