M&E and Suspended Ceiling Works at 41 Meadow Road Kettering

Scope of works include: 1. Installation of Electrical and Mechanical works, and new Suspended Ceilings throughout. 2. Strip- out existing boiler replace with new efficient heat source to provide, install new efficient radiators, the complete system to have zone controls for heating and be fully designed by the contractor. 3. There will be some alterations to the cold feed required to the toilets and wash hand basins. 4. Contractor to design, supply and install Electrical works to include for new Mains Consumer Unit extend power to all floors and Install a new Fire Alarm System to all floors.
