(South Essex Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation owned by Southend Borough Council) The electrical testing shall be carried out in accordance with IEE Wiring Regulations Seventeenth Edition BS 7671:2008 Requirements for Electrical Installations including amendments 1, 2 and 3 plus any amendments or Editions that may be added between April 1st 2016 & March 31st 2021.
