Magenta Living - Framework Contracts for Planned and Cyclical Works

The contracting authority is seeking to enter into a 4-year framework agreement arrangement in respect of 8 lots dealing with planned and cyclical maintenance in support of its direct labour operations and directly awarded contracts. The framework will require a minimum of 5 providers to be appointed to each lot. Bidders may submit for multiple lots and works to be undertaken during the duration of the framework will be ordered by means of mini-competition or direct award at the sole discretion of the contracting authority.
