Main (Management) Contractors For Housing Development

CHIC and EEM are looking to appoint main (management) contractors to manage the delivery of new homes. The framework will include the management of housing schemes and sites including the erection of homes manufactured off site and delivered to and erected on site including modular homes and homes constructed using frames and panels. Works include the construction of homes utilising brick and block and other on site construction methodologies including, but not limited to, prefabricated floor and roof cassettes and dormers.
