A BCO and BMO are installed at various L&Q properties across London and the South East and these provide real-time information to a monitored Dashboard (L&Q Connect). The Building Connectivity Project (BCP) infrastructure improves L&Q's approach to managing our communal building services such as: HVAC Plant, Safety Systems, Fire Alarms and Hot & Cold-Water Pumps.
