Copeland Borough Council is seeking to appoint a competent Contractor to undertake planned preventative and breakdown maintenance for mechanical and electrical engineering installations in Council owned buildings located in the Borough of Copeland. The work generally comprises the full range of maintenance, repairs and minor works associated with the Council's buildings.
