Malvern Technology Park Hub

Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to tender for the design and construction of a new Hub building for the Malvern Technology Park. The Building will function as a publicly accessible focal entrance building for the future Employment land adjacent as well as a reception / access point for the Qinetiq site. The building will house Office space, reception, café and secure office facilities at ground floor, with flexible conferencing / meeting facilities at first floor.
