It is the intention of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as the contracting authority to put in place a contract for the management and operation of the Quarry House sports and leisure centre. The centre (already in existence and operating) is located at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UA, England. The contract will be let as a concession contract and we will be following the open procedure as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
