Front Lawn Recreation Ground Front Lawn Recreation Ground (FLRG) is a public open space owned by Havant Borough Council, situated in the Battins Ward, Somborne Drive, Leigh Park, PO9 5AN Existing facilities include a hard court area, a number of grass football pitches and an aged changing block. The total site area is 49000m² and the area for development is 22228m². The project includes an upgrade to the hard court area and the development of a full size artificial grass pitch, both floodlit.
