The purpose of this Tender is to identify a successful supplier for provision and on-going management of an on-line (hosted) system for the Torbay Lottery. The successful supplier will be responsible for arranging and administering the charitable proceeds raised (from members of the public subscribing to the Lottery), to local good causes, on behalf of Torbay Council.
