The appointed Civil Service learning provider will procure and interpret the 66 Margerison McCann reports. As such they must be appropriately accredited to use these management tools. After the reports have been commissioned we expect them to conduct a one day facilitated workshop with each of the three Divisions. The first half of the day will focus on explaining the results to the staff and highlighting any current issues of balance or imbalance in their particular team.
