Market Place Sutton-Shopfront and Facade Restoration Project

1. Sutton Council invites contractors to submit their tender to implement the Market Place Sutton, previously called Sutton Northern Gateway, (‘the Project’) in accordance with the attached brief. 1.1. Sutton Council has committed to visually uplift one of the key shopping areas in Sutton. Two parades have been targeted for works to develop a unique and attractive urban environment at nos. 208-230 & 200-214 Sutton High Street.
