The Alder Hey Marketing and Communications team is an established and multi-skilled one. It has delivered and continues to deliver a base level of internal and external marketing and communications services that the Trust has come to expect. However, there is a need to establish a new way of working, operating a planned campaign approach that results in measureable and sustained marketing and communications gains for Alder Hey. There is also a current lack of capacity in the team and we are often unable to do full justice to the amount of great stories in the Trust.
