Meadowside Leisure Centre Management Contract - Whiteley

Winchester City Council is seeking to appoint an experienced leisure operator to manage Meadowside Leisure Centre in Whiteley. The contract will be for 10 years and anticipated to start from Spring 2021 with the option of an extension for a period (or periods) up to 5 years. NB: please note any contract start dates given in this notice are indicative and the final dates are to be confirmed following the conclusion of the procurement. The Centre (PO15 7LJ) was originally built in 2000 and extended in 2010-11.
