Measured Term Contract for Minor Building and Associated Works Framework

Canterbury Christ Church University (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to enter into a multi operator framework for the provision of Building Maintenance and Minor Building Works across its campus network. The frameworks may incorporate Civil Engineering, Roofing, Flooring, Windows, Painting, Glazing Works, the management of building services and other related specialist works. It is a condition of the framework agreement that Economic Operators shall make provision to have available any works required 24 hours per day and 365 day per year (including all weekends and all holiday periods).
