Background The Houses of Parliament have identified a requirement for a supplier to provide mechanical and electrical maintenance services and mechanical, electrical and building small project work for the Parliamentary Estate. The successful Contractor will also be required to provide other specialist maintenance services such as catering equipment, lift repair etc across the Parliamentary Estate.
