A mechanical and electrical engineer/consultant will be procured in advance of the procurement of the main service, in order to: 1) Survey our current Door Entry stock and assets and/or consult with our current contractor, to complete the information on the Asset List (Appendix 6). 2) Write a specification based on the Asset List. 3) Develop a price list and a cost model.
