Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance and Small Fabric Works

The Victoria and Albert Museum intends to publish an OJEU contract notice in May 2017 for a contract to replace its existing contract for the provision of mechanical, electrical maintenance and small fabric works. It is envisaged that the scope of the contract will include a team based at the Victoria & Albert Museum carrying out planned maintenance using an asset and task system, reactive maintenance, 24 hour 7 day a week on call system, specialist sub contracts, and fabric small works on a day to day basis.
