The objective of this Contract is the supply & delivery of gully blocking Stone for the purpose of creating dams in peat moorlands to create habitat pools and assist in the rewetting of the moors. This Invitation to Tender is for a Framework Agreement for the period 1 October 2016 to 15 March 2020 (“the Framework Period”). This means that, after evaluation of the Tenderers’ Forms of Tenders, the Authority will appoint Framework Contractors to carry out the Works at different Sites throughout the Framework Period.
