Magna is seeking an experienced consultancy partner to undertake an independent review of the supply chain, stores and warehouse operations that support the organisation. Whilst the primary focus will be on the procurement, storage and distribution of materials supporting Response Repairs, the review should also consider opportunities to improve stock management, demand planning and inventory processes across all services that utilise stores and materials.
