Midsomer Norton Town Park - Civil Engineering & Landscape Works - Phase 1.2

Midsomer Norton Town Park has been an aspiration for the town for over 40 years. In recent years the Town Council acquired the freehold of the site and planning consent for change of use from agricultural land to Town Park. The park will be developed in phases over a number of years. Funding has now been secured to undertake some initial phases of work, of which the works subject to this tender are the second element. Some of this funding is time limited and has to be committed to a contract by 29th May 2019. This has dictated the tender return date of 23rd May 2019.
