As part of the development of the system the UK MOD intends to contract Malloy Aeronautics Ltd to undertake integration and test facilitation activities on an Authority-owned Malloy TRV-80 Unmanned Air System. This procurement will be conducted as a Negotiated procedure without Prior Publication under PCR 2015 Regulation 32(2)(b)(iii) due to Malloy Aeronautic Ltd's exclusive rights as the original equipment manufacturer.
