The original tender exercise was carried out to put in place an agreement with several regional Lots, to cover all NEUPC members. Due to unforeseen circumstances only Lot 1B has been awarded. The call-offs from this framework will be predominantly refurbishment schemes but there may be the odd, low value new build as well.
