Minor Works Freamework for Merseyside Police - Expressions of Interest

The Authority is seeking reputable contractors to be included on a Framework of Contractors from who project tenders can be obtained on a mini-competition basis. The project works will be across the range of the Authority’s properties and will be of removal, alterations and refurbishment nature including the following: • Building works - internal elements in the majority, but also some externally. • Mechanical works - to water, heating and ventilation services (use of subcontractors from other Authority framework lists) • Electrical works to containment, power, lighting and fire-alarm systems(use of subcontractors from other Authority framework lists) • Co-ordination of Authority works…
