Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to providing a hot and cold food and drink catering concession at Horsea Lane, Hilsea. The offer must include the sale of hot and cold food and drunks and the Council's preference is for offers to include healthy options.
