Mobile Phone Payment Solution

This contract covers all on street parking spaces in Hackney and a number of small car parks. A single provider is required for the provision of mobile phone payment services for short stay, paid-for parking sessions. The service provider will be expected to provide a solution that will integrate fully with the Service's ICT parking management systems and data warehouse. The Council manages 7 car parks (of which 5 will use the mobile phone payment service) but the majority of the Council's parking provision is in on-street bays.
