Motor Accident Damage Claims Service

The requirement is summarised below:- The provision of motor vehicle loss or damage claims services to the BBC in respect of BBC insured vehicles in the UK including:- a) the management of recovery and repair of BBC owned/leased vehicles which have been damaged. b) recording and validation of claims, checking of supporting claims paperwork and where appropriate settlement of repair invoices in respect of loss or damage to short term hires, demonstration or loaned vehicles insured by the BBC. c) administration and resolution of vehicle loss or damage cases including those of vehicles stolen and not recovered. d) recovery of BBC uninsured losses related to vehicle loss or damage, excluding per…
