To address the shortfall in skills provision, the 6 major homebuilders have agreed to work with NHBC to expand and develop at pace, multi-trade hubs within designated locations similar to existing facilities at Tamworth, Newcastle, and Cambridge. Working in continued partnership the delivery model has been finely tuned and is supplying the outcomes it set out to deliver, most notably site ready bricklaying apprentices at scale.
