The works involve the design and construction of the MUGA and provision of ancillary items i.e. pre-cast concrete seating and heavy duty socketed basketball goalposts. The primary objective of the project is to provide a full size MUGA for use by the University. The contract for this work will be a JCT Standard form of Building Contract Design 2011 Edition.
