This procurement is split into three lots related to the regional areas of NHS England. Lot 1 - the North of England, Lot 2 - the Midlands and Lot 3 - London and the South. If there is no unit which meets the Essential Criteria within a lot, the Commissioner will arrange for the health needs of the population to be met by a provider based in another region.
