National Data Architecture (NDA) - Data Management

This requirement is for the ability to use Ab Initio's software, to allow the NDA programme to progress with Beta stage work. Ab Initio has a meta data management tool, used to provide: • Information about data such as data attribute names, data attribute nomenclature, relationships between attributes, data policies etc. • An authoritative source of meta data providing a catalogue of data attributes or groups of data attributes and their associated definitions, polices etc. • Linking of data attributes from source to destination model, module, DDB etc. • Relationships between data attributes providing a hierarchy where applicable for re-use of common data attribute policies etc. • Tag…
