National Framework Agreement for the Supply of Electricity

The Countess of Chester Hospital Commercial Procurement Services (COCH) has set up a single-supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of electricity that can be utilised by UK public sector bodies. We intend to offer an aggregated purchasing portfolio which provides a committed volume to the wholesale market. The electricity will be purchased using various flexible procurement methodologies and strategies. The total quantity of electricity required under this framework will be dependent upon the number of public sector organisations that utilise the framework and the number of sites that each organisation has.
