National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2020

The Education Alliance are looking to establish a framework of Professional Services in Construction and Premises Consultants for contracts within the UK. The framework will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, etc. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from April 2020, with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year each, at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance.
