The successful supplier will: • Engage with employers, targeting those who have difficulty retaining their workforce, to develop a pipeline of clients. • Provide advice and guidance to those employers on a 121 basis. • Develop and deliver a series of workshops focused on relevant themes to those employers. • Successfully evidence the contracted outputs as required by the funding.
