The National Citizen Service ('NCS') Trust ('the Trust') is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service. NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across 9 regions, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts.
