Neighbourhood Planning in Deprived Areas

This notice is being placed to inform the market that this contract is being let to Renaisi by Single Tender Action. The same project was delivered by Renaisi in 2015/6 and it is the Department for Communities and Local Government’s intention to re-let it in 2016/7 on the same basis as last year. The contract was let after a full and open procurement in October 2015. The project was successfully delivered by Renaisi using their network of Big Local Reps (BLRs). Each BLR has in-depth knowledge of the local community and already has a relationship of trust with local community organisations and residents.
