We are looking for an external consultant to undertake the SA on Network for Creative Entperise (NfCE) programme. NfCE ran from 1 Jan 2017 to 30 Sept 19. The contract for this programme was signed prior to SA guidance being issued and therefore does not have the standard 1% budget allocation (£4,000 exc VAT has been set aside).
