The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) is seeking a contractor to provide design and construction services to fit out a new office in Cancun, Mexico. The FCO has taken a lease on premises in a hotel that needs to provide office accommodation and enable public access for consular visitors with a waiting area and partitions between the public and staff areas.
