The Authority is seeking to establish an Agreement to deliver the Project comprising the demolition of existing office buildings and industrial warehousing and the construction of a mixed-use scheme providing approximately 80 residential units across two blocks with commercial and retail spaces provided at the ground and basement levels, in compliance with the Employer's Requirements, all Planning and Reserved Matters and conditions, Building Regulation Approval, Fire Officer's Approval and recommendations and any other Statutory and Statutory Body Approval(s).
