Provision of new WCs and associated drainage and other works to Eye Town Hall. This is a grade 2* listed building on an island site in Eye, Suffolk. The works comprise demolition of existing partitions, removal of existing sanitary fittings and disposal, removal of asbestos tanks and new male and female WCs and facilities for accessible facilities and baby change. A new drainage system or substantial overhaul of the existing system and a connection to the main sewer may be required.
