NHS Digital Southport Office Refurbishment

NHS Digital have a MOTO on 3 floors in an HMPO building in Southport. We are looking to consolidate that space down to 2 floors and a small amount of reconfiguration is required to achieve that. The 2 floors being retained will total c1000m² As an organisation we are moving to a smart working culture and have a growing need for more modern, appealing spaces with break out / away from desk collaboration space, both formal and informal, as well as a growing demand for whitewalls. Whilst the scope of works at Southport is small, this is a significant piece of our Estate consolidation and refresh programme.
