NHS England (Wessex) AQP Provision of Intermediate Oral Surgery Services in Wessex

NHS England (Wessex) is responsible for the GP registered populations of Dorset, Bournemouth, Poole, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton. They have commissioned intermediate oral surgery services to this population on an AQP basis to ensure that patients who need treatment which falls outside the scope of a General Dental Practitioner, but who do not require the facilities of a general hospital site, can be seen in the right place, at the right time, by the right person first time.
