What the buyer wrote

Local authorities have a legal responsibility to offer an NHS Health Check to 100% of their eligible population once every five years. These are available to people aged between 40 and 74 years and can help assess the risk of people developing a range of long-term conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, stroke and dementia. The check-up also includes advice and support to people to adjust their lifestyle to reduce these risks. This procurement is under the Provider Selection Regime - Direct Award Route A.
