What the buyer wrote

The service will deliver health check-ups for adults aged 40 to 74 in Barnsley. The service will help to prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease and certain types of dementia. Adults between the ages of 40 and 74, who have not already been diagnosed with one of these conditions, can be invited (once every 5 years) to have a check to assess their cardiovascular risk and be offered support and advice to help them reduce or manage that risk.
