Open procurement process for a single contractor to provide Out of Hospital Cardiology Services - a 'one stop' (same day) community cardiology service as part of a positive seamless pathway. The service will incorporate diagnostic testing and treatment during, where appropriate, a single visit. The service will have access to diagnostics and when necessary, consultant support and advice and guidance. The contract will be let for a period of five years, with an optional extension of 2 years.
