NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group Extended Access to Primary Care Medical Services

NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (hereafter the Contracting Authority) is seeking to commission Extended Access to Primary Care Medical Services through an open procurement process. The preferred Provider will be required to demonstrate how they will deliver services in an environment of transforming health care, and deliver primary care at scale as outlined in the General Practice Forward View and Hull Place Plan. The publication of the General Practice Forward View (GPFV) in April 2016 identified the need to improve access to primary care services as a key national priority.
