Pulse is also the system used by NHSBT Tissues Services for the management of the Tissue Bank. The Pulse set of applications supports the collection, processing and distribution of blood and blood components. It is critical to running the NHSBT business. Separate instances of the Pulse application are also used by the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and Jersey.
