This Contract is for the supply of ‘Mechanical Sweeping’ and ‘Litter Picking’ throughout the area of North Kesteven District (NKDC). The Supplier shall be responsible for the provision of this Agreement, liaising closely with the North Kesteven District Council’s Waste and Street Scene Manager or their deputy. The Supplier shall provide a service which complies fully with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1990: Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse and Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
